Sales Associate(Entry-level to Senior)

Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through various methods. Develop an expert knowledge of our product and service offerings, customizing presentations and proposals to align with client needs. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging market trends, competitors’ activities, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions, consistently exceeding client expectations. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensure consistent communication to stay attuned to evolving requirements. Oversee the general sales cycle, from initial prospecting to successful deal closure, reliably meeting or exceeding set sales targets. Collect and communicate valuable client insights to contribute to the enhancement of our offerings and strategic initiatives. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Open to all experience levels (0‑5+ years of experience); salary and title will be commensurate with experience. Prior Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, especially within the maritime, oil & gas, or industrial sectors, is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients. Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability (or strong potential) to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM experience is a plus for experienced candidates). Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. Familiarity with HD Hyundai Marine Solution Americas’ products and services is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for at least 2 years.
