We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals to join our Community Living & Home Supports (CLHS) team as Direct Care Workers.

About the Role

This is a floater position, which means you'll bring your support and care to different homes and locations. Flexibility is keyyou'll work a variety of shifts, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

What You'll Do

• Support up to three adults with disabilities in a welcoming home environment
• Assist with daily living needs like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
• Help individuals engage in their communitieswhether it's volunteer opportunities, events, or outings
• Encourage independence, celebrate achievements, and be a positive force in someone's daily life

What to Expect

• Every day is differentno two shifts are the same
• Homes operate 24/7, so scheduling includes weekends and holidays
• The work can sometimes be physically and emotionally demanding, but the impact you make is immeasurable

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license is a must
• 1 year experience in Direct Care/Home Supports

The base pay for this position is $19 per hour! Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
