What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in Sacramento classrooms.
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, instruction, and lesson reinforcement.
• Support students with behavioral needs, daily routines, and school transitions.
• Help reinforce learning goals outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and assist with basic data tracking as needed.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to work in a classroom environment (standing, walking, light lifting).
