Electrical Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager 
Location: Waterbury, CT (client is open to covering full relocation expenses)
Salary Rate: $130,000 - $170,000 (salary depends on experience)

A leading electrical construction and industrial services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. The senior project manager will be responsible for overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of electrical construction projects
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure alignment and accountability
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively
• Support business development efforts through estimating, proposals, and client engagement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in electrical construction (mission-critical experience preferred)
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification or relevant technical degree preferred
