Position Overview

As our Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership during weekend shifts, ensuring the safety, well-being, and satisfaction of our residents while supporting our nursing and caregiving teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and supervision during assigned weekend shifts.
• Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff and caregivers.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
• Assist with medication management, treatments, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident care concerns and emergencies.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure smooth communication and continuity of care between shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Alabama, or applicable multistate licensure.
• Previous nursing experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions and lead confidently.
• A genuine passion for serving seniors and supporting a team.
