• Create and maintain inspection documents and measurement instructions.
• Develop, validate, and maintain CT, vision, and Keyence measurement programs.
• Create and execute Gage R&R studies and interpret results.
• Develop scan recipes and offline processing programs.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering regarding measurement feasibility.
• Support gage and fixture concepts with designers.
• Analyze capability data and recommend corrective actions.
• Execute inspections using approved inspection documents and measurement

instructions.

• Perform First Article inspections.
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
• Report inspection and test data.
• Work with production to inspect product in real time.
• May assist Engineering staff in validating or troubleshooting inspection and

testing methods. * Supports Isometric ISO13485 continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring Core Qualifications * Associate degree in related technical field with 3 years of experience or a minimum of 5 years related experience.

• Solid understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.
• Knowledge of different inspection equipment and methods.
• Experience developing measurement programs in CT, vision, or CMM platforms

preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Medical molding and validation experience preferred. Professional Traits We Value

As a result, certain roles may require verification defined by ITAR regulations. Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $33 – $38 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
