Precision Assembler | 1st Shift | $20$22/hr

Looking for a steady 1st-shift opportunity where attention to detail matters? Join our manufacturing team as a Precision Assembler , working with small connector parts and cable assemblies in a clean, organized environment.

Pay: $20$22/hour

Shift: 7:00 AM3:30 PM

What Youll Do

• Assemble small connectors and cable components at a workbench
• Use microscopes or magnifying glasses for detailed assembly
• Work with tweezers and basic hand tools
• Follow step-by-step work instructions
• Read basic blueprints and assembly specifications
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality
• Perform basic measurements, counting, and math
• Keep components and your workstation clean and organized
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Assemble small connector parts and cable assemblies at a workbench using microscopes or magnifying glasses.
• Use tweezers and other hand tools to accurately position, prep, and secure connectors and cables.
• Follow detailed written work instructions to complete each step of the assembly process correctly and consistently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand assembly requirements, dimensions, and specifications.
• Perform basic inspection of assembled parts to verify quality and conformance to standards.
• Handle and organize small electrical and cable components carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Use basic math to verify measurements, counts, and component quantities as needed in the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workbench and follow established procedures appropriate for a clean manufacturing environment2

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
