Técnico de Producción – $24–$37 por Hora

Realizará tareas minuciosas utilizando microscopios, manipulará componentes pequeños y mantendrá documentación precisa para respaldar procesos de producción de alta calidad. Salario y Horario

Salario: $24–$37 por hora

Turnos Disponibles:

• Primer Turno: Lunes a Viernes, de 7:00 a.m. a 3:30 p.m.
• Segundo Turno: Lunes a Viernes, de 3:00 p.m. a 11:00 p.m.

Responsabilidades Principales

1. Trabajo con Microscopio

• Realizar tareas detalladas que requieren alta precisión visual.

1. Concentración Prolongada

• Mantener la productividad durante períodos prolongados de trabajo sentado o de pie.

1. Documentación Precisa

• Registrar datos de producción utilizando habilidades básicas de matemáticas y computación.

1. Organización del Área de Trabajo

• Mantener el espacio de trabajo limpio, ordenado y en cumplimiento con los estándares establecidos.

1. Trabajo en Equipo

• Colaborar de manera efectiva con otros miembros del equipo en un ambiente de apoyo y respeto.

• Gran atención al detalle y capacidad de concentración.
• Habilidad para trabajar con microscopios y manipular componentes pequeños con precisión.
• Resistencia física para permanecer sentado o de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo.
• Conocimientos básicos sólidos de matemáticas y computación.
• Capacidad para hablar y leer en inglés.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y actitud colaborativa.
• Motivación, responsabilidad y una sólida ética de trabajo.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of George, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
