This is a hands-on player-coach opportunity for a sales leader who thrives on accountability, smart systems, and measurable growth.

The Opportunity

Own the performance and growth of a factoring sales team while maintaining a strong personal book of business. You’ll coach producers, sharpen pipeline discipline, automate the sales process, oversee contract execution, and partner across Credit and Operations to deliver profitable, high-quality growth.

What You’ll Own

Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to monthly funded-volume goals.

Run focused weekly and monthly reviews covering pipeline, conversions, funded deals, revenue, and profitability.

Build performance plans when results fall short and help shape hiring decisions as the team scales.

Own HubSpot implementation and adoption, including pipeline structure, automation, lead nurturing, scoring, campaigns, and reporting.

Create real-time dashboards that give leadership a clear view of individual performance, team production, pipeline stages, funded volume, revenue, and margin.

Guide factoring agreements, guarantees, amendments, and renewals from approval through onboarding.

Partner with Credit, Operations, and Legal to ensure every deal meets risk, pricing, documentation, and compliance standards.

Lead new-client onboarding and monitor account performance through the critical first 30 days.

Maintain pricing discipline, protect portfolio quality, and keep growth profitable.

What You Bring

4+ years of success in sales, ideally in factoring, commercial finance, financial services, or another performance-driven B2B environment.

A track record of coaching salespeople and managing to clear production targets.

Hands-on CRM experience; HubSpot expertise is strongly preferred, and Salesforce experience is valuable.

Strong command of pipeline management, outbound marketing, negotiation, and executive-level presentations.

A fast-learning, self-directed style with the drive to build, sell, and improve the process—not simply maintain it.

English fluency; Spanish proficiency is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
