Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Nights

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as part of a specialized overflow unit task force, floating across multiple adult health units as needed
• Provide direct patient care across a range of acuity levels including Observation, Med-Surg, PCU, and IMC units
• Float between two campuses to provide support where patient census and staffing needs require
• Occasionally provide coverage in the ED or PACU for adult health patients with inpatient orders awaiting bed placement
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a large, Level I Trauma academic medical center environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions on record, verified within the last 30 days
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Level I Trauma and large hospital experience required
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working across multiple unit types including Observation, Med-Surg, IMC, ED, and PACU
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and multi-campus assignments
