Service Associate (Universal Banker)

Location: Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY

Empire State Bank is seeking a Service Associate (Universal Banker) to create a positive and friendly customer experience to our customers and clients within Empire State banking centers. In this role you will develop and deepen customer relationships through understanding of their needs and recommending products and services that benefit them, exhibit strong sales and service skills, open accounts, process transactions, present products and services while educating and assisting customers and clients on utilizing Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and technology at service stations. Qualifications

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of cash handling and customer service are required. Banking experience is a plus.
