Goodyear is looking for an experienced Center Manager who can lead people, manage daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business results.

You don't need to come from the tire industry. We’re interested in leaders with experience managing people, operations, sales, customer service, safety, and business performance in environments such as automotive, fleet, manufacturing, retail, service centers, or similar industries.

Starting Salary: $75,000-$100,000 base + Quarterly Bonus

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily operations of a commercial tire and service center
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers
• Drive sales, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Manage center workload and prioritize business needs
• Monitor inventory, equipment, accounts receivable, and other company assets
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Train and develop team members for continued growth
• Monitor market and competitive activity
• Partner with sales teams to support fleet customers and business growth
• Ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of successful management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing people and business operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Commitment to safety and customer service
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable commercial driver qualification requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future company sponsorship
• No relocation assistance is available

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Automotive, commercial tire, fleet, retail, manufacturing, or service experience
• Experience managing sales, profitability, or P&L
• Knowledge of tire/service operations or manufacturing processes
