We are seeking a detailed-oriented monitor work areas and personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulation.  

Schedule Hours: 7:30am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Duties:

• Observe workers performing assigned tasks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor work areas for hazardous conditions, including fire, gas leaks, toxic atmospheres, or unsafe behaviors.
• Maintain continuous communication with workers, especially during confined space or high-risk operations.
• Stop work when unsafe conditions or practices are identified.
• Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to supervisors.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and evacuations when necessary.
• Verify that required permits, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety equipment are in place.
• Keep accurate records of observations, incidents, and safety checks.
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedure.
• Ability to recognize hazardous condition an act quickly.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
