Hours Per Week 36 Job Description Join Our Team as a Surgical Technologist! Are you a detail-oriented, high-performing professional with a passion for surgical excellence? We’re seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our fast-paced and collaborative surgical team. In this critical role, you will directly impact patient outcomes by ensuring safe and seamless surgical experiences. What You’ll Do Gather, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment. Ensure strict adherence to surgical asepsis to promote patient safety. Anticipate the surgeon’s needs with precision and efficiency in the OR. Scrub in on a wide range of surgical procedures, adapting quickly to varied and changing situations. Collaborate closely with the surgical team in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED. Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from a CAAHEP-accredited program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - must be maintained throughout employment. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 125 lbs, and standing for extended periods (including wearing a 10 lb. lead apron). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
