Position Overview

Supports the Civilian Personnel Management Office through workforce planning, human capital analysis, organizational design, training, and budget analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce requirements.
• Support PPBE and manpower planning.
• Administer SharePoint content.
• Manage CES training quotas.
• Develop executive reports and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This position is intended for experienced Army headquarters professionals capable of operating with minimal supervision in a strategic staff environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, executive-level briefing ability, and a thorough understanding of Army processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Former AG Officer, FA50, GS-13 HR Specialist, or CPMO professional preferred.
• 7+ years civilian HR with 5+ years DoD headquarters.
• Secret clearance.

Preferred Military Background

Former Army staff officer, warrant officer, senior NCO, or senior Department of the Army Civilian with experience at USARC, HQDA, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Readiness Divisions, USACE, or other Army headquarters organizations.

• Ability to work in a secure DoD environment

General Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain if allowed)
• Ability to obtain CAC
• Completion of required DoD cybersecurity, OPSEC, TARP, and AT training • Occasional CONUS travel may be required
