The Dental Hygienist will provide preventive and therapeutic dental care, including cleaning teeth, evaluating oral health, and identifying potential concerns. The role involves educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the dental team in delivering excellent patient care. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient comfort are essential. Qualifications Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning and oral health assessments Knowledge of infection control, sterilization techniques, and dental industry best practices Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records Valid Dental Hygienist license for the state of New York CPR certification is required Preferred, but not required: experience using modern dental technology and electronic health records #J-18808-Ljbffr
