Pig Candy BBQ Loveland AND Kellogg are ready for a Shift Lead! Must be extremely personable. Pig Candy BBQ is an independent fast casual BBQ Restaurant with a focus on Interesting Scratch-Made Health-Conscious BBQ and Next Level Service. We are a Counter Service Restaurant with a small cozy indoor seating area, a heated covered deck seating area, and a heavy focus on Catering and Carryout. Starting pay $13-14 per hour plus unlimited Tips Potential and a flexible schedule. This Position is promotable.

Job Duty examples and requirements:
- Assist Ownership and Management as directed
- Assist in training and managing employees in daily tasks
- Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
- Assist Owner/Manager in managing inventory, maintenance and other operational functions as directed by Ownership
- Assist in developing strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Serve as acting HMFIC when Owner/Manager is away
- Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and all required documentation
- Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
. Immediately and respectfully responds to guest requests. Reports guest complaints to Ownership/Management and assists in resolving such complaints.
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays (We have awesome restaurant hours - close by 8:30pm daily including weekends.))
- General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations required
- Minimum of six months of restaurant leadership experience or one year entry level retail management experience required. Experience running shifts without supervision
- Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems
- Basic knowledge of craft beer and wine a plus
- ServSafe Manager Certified (or willing to achieve within 90 days.)
