We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia. Responsibilities Review specialized data for intelligence leads Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified. Level of opportunity, including compensation, will be determined after in person meeting. Professional Levels Level 1 : requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 2 : requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 3 : requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 4 : requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Level 5 : requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree *5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree* Basic Qualifications All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
