Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through a combination of inside sales activities and in-person client visits. About the Role The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales activities through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to identify and engage potential customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Visit customers regularly to understand their business needs, provide solutions, and strengthen partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer outreach, negotiation, and closing deals. Follow up with leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, distribution, retail, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers directly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel locally for customer visits. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
