- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in pediatric and adult patients across various care settings.
- Develop individualized therapy plans to improve communication, swallowing function, and cognitive-linguistic abilities.
- Provide pediatric therapy for children with developmental delays and speech-language disorders.
- Deliver adult therapy for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or neurological conditions.
- Offer home health therapy to patients requiring treatment in their environment.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and long-term strategies for success.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and changing needs.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience with both adult and pediatric populations preferred.
- Ability to adapt to different therapy settings and patient needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
