Manager – Transaction Advisory Services / Financial Due Diligence

Location: Chicago, IL | Nashville, TN | Dallas, TX

Work Model: Hybrid / office-based with flexibility

Compensation: Approximately $125K–$150K base + ~20% target bonus

Aerio Partners is partnered with a growing national advisory firm that is actively expanding its Transaction Advisory Services / Financial Due Diligence practice.

The firm is adding experienced Managers who can lead portions of engagements, review Senior-level work and continue developing toward Senior Manager, Director and broader client ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
• Perform and review Quality of Earnings and Quality of Revenue analyses
• Evaluate EBITDA normalization and proposed adjustments
• Review Net Working Capital and debt/debt-like analyses
• Analyze historical financial performance and transaction data
• Review financial models and diligence work prepared by Senior Associates
• Identify errors, risks, anomalies and key transaction considerations
• Communicate findings directly to executives, private equity sponsors and strategic buyers
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Partner closely with Directors and Managing Directors on client engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Progressive Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory experience
• Strong hands-on Quality of Earnings experience
• Ability to independently review Senior Associate work
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience identifying and supporting EBITDA adjustments
• Working capital and debt/debt-like analysis experience
• Client-facing experience
• Big 4, national advisory or strong middle-market FDD/TAS background preferred
• Healthcare transaction exposure strongly preferred, but not an absolute requirement

Candidates should have true FDD experience across multiple transactions , rather than general M&A, audit or internal corporate transaction exposure.
