Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both outpatient and acute care settings, with a primary focus on outpatient care
• Deliver monthly weekend coverage in the acute care setting on a rotating basis
• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients in accordance with established physical therapy standards and care plans
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic EMR
• Participate in holiday coverage on a rotating basis as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required (may apply immediately upon offer)
• BLS certification required
• Experience in both outpatient clinic and acute care settings
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates are not accepted)
• Minimum one year of prior travel therapy experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR documentation
• Familiarity with travel contract expectations and compliance requirements
