Job Summary and Qualifications The rehabilitation team at RMC consists of a core group of RNs and Patient Care Technicians dedicated to improving human life and function. You will assist patients in restoring independence and returning home by providing education and modalities. Responsibilities Assess and care for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting. Work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers, primary‑care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care. Provide patient education on self‑care, medications, and therapeutic modalities. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team. Support patients over a prolonged period to strengthen their condition and improve quality of life. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Nurse with RN diploma. No travel required. No prior experience required.
