Location: Salisbury, Maryland

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore their function and mobility
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Accurately document all therapy services in a timely manner
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians in line with practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active Maryland Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and patient assessment
Comprehensive knowledge of treatment planning and rehabilitation techniques
Skilled in direct patient care and therapeutic interventions
Proficient in documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
Strong interpersonal and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
Supervision and mentoring experience with support staff
