HR Senior Specialist

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. · PHR or SPHR designation preferred. · Working knowledge of state and federal employment and labor statutes and regulations including ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, FMLA, NLRA, Title VII, etc. · Broad working knowledge of human resources policies, programs, and procedures in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Experience: · Greater than six (6) years of relevant human resources generalist experience required. Manufacturing setting experience preferred. · Minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting human resources and employee relations functions in a manufacturing setting. Automotive experience preferred. · Previous experience in creating presentations and delivering to large groups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
