Local roots, local ownership, local commitment. Location and Schedule Location: Puyallup East Main, Puyallup, WA. Hours are Monday–Friday, 4x10s or 5x8s, between 7:20 AM and 6:00 PM. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status). New grads are always welcome to apply. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: Highly Competitive! $80,000 to $115,000 annually + $7,200 Loss Rate Bonus + Benefits. Individual salaries are dependent on experience and job-related factors. We offer an $8,500 Sign-On bonus and excellent benefits.
