Location: Port St Joe, FL
Title: FOH Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day front-of-house and dining room operations
- Maintain an active, visible presence during peak service periods
- Uphold and execute fine dining service standards consistently
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Partner with kitchen leadership to maintain seamless service flow
- Oversee bar operations, beverage service, and inventory management
- Assist with drink menu development and updates
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Manage schedules using systems such as 7shifts (or similar)
- Support sales growth and operational efficiency
The Must-Haves:
- 3-4+ years restaurant management experience required
- Strong bar and beverage knowledge required
- Experience maintaining fine dining or elevated service standards
- Hands-on, positive, and team-oriented leadership style
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- POS experience
- Scheduling software experience (7shifts preferred)
