Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in .NET development and Azure AI technologies to build and integrate AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and C#/.NET Core .
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI .
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering .
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API .
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices .
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud deployment, and SQL databases.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar .
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core .
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures .
- Build and integrate AI capabilities into existing .NET applications.
- Develop REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement prompt engineering, AI agents, embeddings, and vector search solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize performance.
- Follow software engineering best practices to ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
