Territory Sales Representative

About the Role This role focuses on expanding our client’s presence across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Northern Illinois. It is designed for a motivated individual who excels in a remote work setting and is dedicated to achieving and surpassing sales goals. The position plays a crucial role in securing new accounts and fostering relationships with distributors and lumberyards. Key Responsibilities Achieve and surpass sales goals while securing new accounts within the territory. Strategically plan and execute field sales calls to optimize territory coverage. Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to foster relationships and present product offerings. Prepare quotes and ensure timely follow-up to meet customer expectations. Engage with distributors and lumberyards to expand market reach. Minimum Requirements Experience in building materials. At least 3 years in outside sales, with a preference for 5 years. Proficiency in CRM systems. Demonstrated success as a proactive sales 'hunter.' Willingness to travel within the territory 3 days a week, including 2 overnight stays. Company vehicle will be provided. Work Environment Remote work setting. Travel required 3 days a week within the territory, including 2 overnight stays.
