Hiring For: BDC Representatives

Pay: $18/HR + Competitive Bonus

Schedule: Expected Shifts 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm; Must be willing to work weekends.

What You'll Do

• Support the sales team by responding to inbound sales inquiries using phone, email, text, and other online lead sources.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team.
• Report to and maintain an open line of communication with the sales management team to establish ongoing weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.
• Confirm availability for customers inquiring about specific vehicles.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years experience in a customer service role.
• 1+ years experience engaging with customers over the phone.
• Previous experience in a BDC Admin roll or other sales related position.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, office software and CRM's.
• Capability to assess situations, prioritize needs, and implement solutions
• The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Professional personal appearance.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $18.

Bonuses are estimated to be based on appointments shown and/or sold. Further details will be discussed during interview process.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
