Deliver top-tier mental health care across diverse age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Contribute to mental well-being promotion and ensure quality patient care. Open position in Lafayette, LA and Abbeville, LA. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy/psychoeducational services. Supervise medical support staff and perform related duties. Manage case coordination, discharge planning, and patient advocacy. Promote mental well-being within the practice. Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work; current State of Louisiana LCSW license. Preferably 3+ years of clinical experience in a primary mental health care setting, focusing on underserved populations. Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, case coordination, discharge planning, and advocacy. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
