WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Manufacturing Product Integration Manager will lead strategic and operational initiatives across the General Assembly process with a focus on vehicle launch execution cross-functional leadership manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement. This role serves as the primary cross-functional leader responsible for ensuring the successful launch of the General Assembly line and its integration with all upstream and downstream manufacturing operations. This role is based in Warsaw Indiana and partners closely with teams in Troy MI.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Lead coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver launch milestones within scope timing cost and quality targets.

• Develop and maintain integrated launch schedules and manage critical risks.

• Coordinate prototype pilot pre-production and production build events.

• Drive launch readiness reviews and Start of Production readiness.

• Lead issue resolution across Manufacturing Engineering Quality Logistics and Supply Chain.

• Monitor launch KPIs and provide executive reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement and launch stabilization activities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field.

• 7 years of automotive program management manufacturing or launch experience.

• Strong General Assembly and vehicle launch experience.

• PMP Six Sigma Lean or APQP certifications preferred.

• Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
