- Build and manage your own book of insurance clients

Compensation Structure
We offer one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry:
- For Your Own Leads / Book of Business
- 75% New Business Commission
- 50% Renewal Commission
- For Agency-Provided Leads
- 70% New Business Commission
- 30% Renewal Commission
Your book is your clients. Your effort directly drives your income. First year minimum base compensation/commission (whichever is higher)
