We’re looking for bakers to be a part of our team at From Lucie in the East Village!
We are looking for an AM baker to join our team on a full time or part time schedule with weekend availability being a MUST. Shifts are usually 6am or 7am until 2pm. Cake decorating experience and professional baking experience are extremely important. Extensive pastry knowledge is a plus. Bakers:- Experience assembling and decorating cakes
- Experience baking and handling pastries
- Ability to go up and down steep stairs
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs., stand for long periods of time, and work in a small space
- Time management
- Friendly, focused, and communicative to fellow employees
- Knowledge and understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Can understand written and verbal instructions
- Help foster and contribute to a positive work environment What’s gonna win you brownie points:
– Having a New York Food Handlers’ Certificate.
