About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join a thriving women's health team in Roseburg, OR. This full-scope practice includes inpatient and outpatient care, gynecologic surgery (robot-assisted available), prenatal and obstetric services, and clinic-based visits. You’ll enjoy a collaborative and supportive team environment with a healthy work-life balance.

Practice Highlights:

• Full-spectrum OB/Gyn: Outpatient clinic, deliveries, inpatient coverage, and surgical cases including access to robotic surgery
• Team-Based Model: Join 3 OB/Gyn physicians, 2 family physicians with OB, and 2 certified nurse midwives
• Schedule: Full-time | Inpatient + Outpatient
• Call Rotation: Shared call across providers – first call with CNMs and FP-OBs, second call among OB/Gyn physicians only
• Volume: Average 16–20 patients per day, depending on the schedule
• Supportive Infrastructure: Dedicated OR time, experienced clinical support staff, and integrated EMR

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $386,691 (MGMA median) with additional bonus for wRVUs above 6,994
• Sign-On Bonus

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/Gyn
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and dedication to comprehensive women's health
