This position is located in Woodbridge, NJ, and is offered as a contract role.
The main responsibilities include ensuring web applications meet accessibility standards, with a focus on auditing and remediating user interface components.
A strong understanding of web development and accessibility technologies is required. Key Responsibilities
Audit and validate web applications to meet accessibility standards.
Identify and fix accessibility issues, focusing on navigation and contrast.
Refactor UI components to integrate accessibility roles and properties.
Conduct both automated and manual accessibility testing.
Translate audit reports into technical tasks and maintain high code quality. Qualifications
3-5 years of web development experience with strong scripting and styling skills.
Experience implementing accessibility standards in a production environment.
Proficiency in testing with assistive technologies.
Experience with front-end testing frameworks for accessibility testing. Core Technologies
