Manager, Perioperative Supply and Logistics

Perioperative Supply & Logistics Manager Nemours seeks a Manager of Perioperative Supply and Logistics to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The Manager (PSLM) leads, implements, measures, and directs supply chain activities within the perioperative department and collaborates with supply chain stakeholders. This role focuses on material resourcing, data reliability, and supporting clinical resources to improve expense management, revenue integrity, and patient outcomes. Responsibilities Manages, schedules, and directs associates responsible for equipment/supply activities. Designs, implements, and monitors processes to ensure accuracy of invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders. Manages quotes and purchase of approved capital budget requests, reviews operational budget expenses, and develops supply expense and strategic plans. Champions perioperative services clinical agenda with organizational and departmental stakeholders. Establishes a culture of fiscal responsibility focused on supply utilization, data analytics, charge capture, and margin improvement. Develops cooperative relationships with stakeholders. Works with Materials Management and Perioperative Services to identify standardization opportunities for equipment/supplies. Raises and resolves supply chain issues and improvement opportunities with appropriate stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field preferred. One to three years of relevant experience. Required licensure: Pennsylvania Clearances including FBI Fingerprint Report, Criminal Background Record, and Child Abuse Clearance. Internal transfers require PA Clearances within 90 days of transfer. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hire and maintained thereafter.
