Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) in Rochester, NY. This position involves providing advanced respiratory care in a hospital setting, with a focus on adult critical care and emergency department procedures. Candidates are required to bring their active NY license on the first day. The position requires flexibility to float to different units as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid NY license, BLS certification, RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification, ACLS certification, and EPIC charting system experience. One year of relevant experience is necessary.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult critical care and emergency department, proficiency with advanced ventilator management, nasal airway placement and suctioning, and other specialized respiratory procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be familiar with adult critical care procedures, ventilator management, and respiratory assessments. Must be able to bill for up to 5 hours spent on modules related to the role.
