TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women's many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our new store in Bal Harbour, Miami. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering an elevated client experience. As a brand ambassador, you will help cultivate a welcoming and inspiring in-store environment while building lasting client relationships. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, ensure efficient workflows, and staff scheduling.
• Drive sales performance and monitor progress to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Provide daily coaching and support to Sales Advisors, ensuring high team performance and consistent service excellence.
• Guide the team on brand knowledge, collections, store experience, and operational procedures.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store events and activations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Lead by example in developing strong client relationships and fostering a culture of genuine clienteling.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and coach the team on day-to-day execution.
• Conduct regular team briefings to align on business priorities, company policies, and new collections.
• Share product insights and qualitative feedback with internal teams, based on client needs and local trends.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior retail role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
• Experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team.
• Solid understanding of store workflows, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's new Miami store in Bal Harbour starting from June 2026. The annual salary for this role ranges between $75,000-85,000/year before tax and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia. TOTEME has an internal career development and title framework and the job title used in the recruitment ad may differ from the title used internally at TOTEME.
