Job Description Assistant Manager Janitorial Experience Required (transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations) The custodial responsibilities include:

• Directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team
• Coaching and training
• Ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Assisting in cleaning duties

Duties of the position include:

• Planning and preparing team work schedules
• Implementing 4M standards
• Resolving client issues
• Maintaining accurate records
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment

Some supervisory experience is preferred and we will train you on our proven processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. This can be more than a job, this could be a career.

Annual Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 plus vehicle allowance
