At Action Potential Physical Therapy, we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team that thrive on improving individual performance one patient at a time. Position Summary:

• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Follow individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
