Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with CDK experience to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to effectively coordinate service department operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service department in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and manage work orders using CDK software.
• Communicate vehicle repair needs to customers clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with a focus on customer retention.
• Maintain accurate records of service interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with CDK software or similar dealership management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or customer service training is a plus.
