We're looking for a Controller / Senior Bookkeeper who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations while supporting financial reporting and strategic decisions.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule three days in the office and two days working from home.

What You'll Do

You'll report directly to the CFO and play a key role in the company's accounting operations.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
• Prepare general ledger entries and month-end adjustments
• Assist with payroll processing and accuracy checks
• Support monthly reporting and account reconciliations
• Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Support accounting and finance projects as needed
• Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 37+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Public accounting or CPA firm background strongly preferred, but not required
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the CFO and team
