ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a small, growing team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent six years as a team member, gaining valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful agency.

I’m a graduate of Florida International University. I’m focused on building a team that is driven, positive, and ready to grow alongside the business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jackson Philgren - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
