We are seeking an experienced Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients undergoing Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) procedures in a unique and rewarding clinical environment. Responsibilities Administer IV sedation under urologist supervision in accordance with state regulations. Perform comprehensive pre-procedure nursing assessments. Provide patient education on lithotripsy treatment and recovery. Monitor and document vital signs, sedation levels, and post-procedure outcomes. Ensure all documentation meets facility and company standards. Perform venipuncture and administer medications per physician direction. Participate in annual sedation competency reviews and training. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. ACLS and BLS certification required. Cardiac monitoring experience required. Minimum 5 years acute care nursing and conscious sedation administration experience. Strong knowledge of conscious sedation protocols and medication administration for patients with complex medical backgrounds. Ability to work independently in a mobile, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to assist with light equipment handling and travel across sites (within 30 minutes).
