Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a multifamily apartment community in Houston. We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who can confidently handle day-to-day apartment maintenance and respond to resident work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment maintenance and service requests
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other maintenance issues
• Perform apartment make-readies and preventative maintenance
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with maintaining common areas and property grounds
• Provide professional customer service to residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop

Qualifications:

• Multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• EPA certification preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
