They welcome growth-oriented feedback, support fellow team members, and understand that healthcare excellence is built not only on clinical skill but also on collaboration, accountability, and a purposeful commitment to strengthening the community.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExamine, diagnose, and treat dental/oral conditions in accordance with approved clinical guidelinesDevelop treatment plans and provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental careRefer patients for specialty consultation or treatment when appropriateComplete referrals, data collection instruments, and required reporting documentationParticipate in provider staff meetings and clinical policy developmentEngage in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfactionQualificationsDDS or DMD from an accredited dental schoolActive and unrestricted Iowa dental licenseCurrent DEA registrationOne to two years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)Commitment to serving underserved populationsIf you are passionate about community health, reducing health disparities, and practicing dentistry in a supportive team environment, while having access to significant loan repayment support, we encourage you to apply.
