This contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated professionals and families while shaping students' communication skills and confidence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Lead therapy sessions that address specific speech and language objectives
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to track student progress and outcomes
  • Partner closely with teachers, support staff, and other clinicians to coordinate services
  • Involve and educate families about the therapy process to foster student success across environments
