Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week while working with a growing manufacturing company in Tampa. We are hiring experienced Aluminum Welders with MIG and TIG welding experience for a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay, steady hours, and long-term career growth.
Aluminum Welder (MIG / TIG)Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders
• Fit, align, and assemble metal parts according to specifications
• Grind, drill, and prepare materials before and after welding
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet production and quality standards Qualifications
• Previous aluminum MIG and TIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings required
• Previous welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to safely operate welding equipment and fabrication tools
