Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist to join our team and oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from production to delivery. Competitive Pay: This position offers a pay range of $20 per hour. Your exact compensation will be determined by your education, experience, and certifications. Consistent Schedule: This is a full-time, 1st shift position. Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Inventory: Take charge of receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing packages, and managing all related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping logs. Production Support: Pull and stage raw materials for production runs, and ensure all unused materials are properly returned to inventory. Quality Control: Prepare and deliver finished product samples to the lab for final quality checks. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory records, and ensure all shipping and packaging supplies are stocked and ready. Safety & Compliance: Operate a forklift safely in compliance with OSHA regulations, and perform daily equipment inspections. Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and ensuring a safe environment at all times. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all post-compounding operations, packaging, and shipping activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping/receiving is essential. Proficiency in operating a forklift and a strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations. Experience with inventory software and electronic record-keeping. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product identification and lot traceability. A proactive and organized approach to work.
